My fee is only for the time spent designing and customizing.  Due to the nature of our downloadable products there are no returns and all sales are final.

No work will be started without full payment or deposit( when applicable). No exceptions.


TURNAROUND
The turn around time on your order with ME CUSTOMS, LLC. (henceforth known as ME CUSTOMS, LLC. ) starts when you've paid in full or made a deposit (when applicable) and we have all information required to complete your order (all artwork, working /correct tags, all fonts required for print designs, all shipping info, etc.). Delay in receipt of any of this information can/will result in production delays. Our current turnaround time is 7-10 Business Days Average + Shipping. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround. Delay in approval of mock ups can/will also result in production delays. Each finishing service will add extra time to the turn around on orders, adding roughly 2 days per finishing to the turn around time. The most up-to-date turnaround time will be listed on your quote and invoice.
If you have a deadline for your order, it is very important that you let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may apply if there is not enough time to complete your order under normal circumstances. If you do not advise us about a due date until after your order has been paid for and pushed through our system, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
If you pay via check, the turn around time clock on your order will not begin until your check clears our bank account.


CHANGES TO ORDERS AFTER PAYMENT
Any change to your order you make that is not due to that of ME CUSTOMS, LLC. will be subject to a change fee of $25.00 in addition to the additional costs to make the changes. Please note any changes made will delay your order, regardless if you have paid a rush fee or given us a specific date. It is very important to know exactly what you want prior to ordering.


SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped via USPS Priority (with delivery confirmation) unless otherwise stated or USPS Priority Express Next Day at customers request. (not including weekends/holidays or postal delivery days).
**Please verify your shipping address is correct when submitting your order. If your package is returned because of an undeliverable/incorrect or invalid address YOU (the buyer) are responsible for all postal fees to have the package reshipped.
EXPECT DELAYS IN SHIPPING TIMES DURING THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER...as these months are the peak holiday shipping periods for USPS. Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days from confirmed payment to complete your order and PREPARE for shipping. We ship items using USPS Priority mail exclusively. There is an available option to upgrade your shipping to overnight delivery for an additional cost. We track all packages and will send packages with Delivery Confirmation. We cannot guarantee the final delivery date, but we do state scheduled shipping times. If you have a specific arrival date for your order outside of our normal processing and delivery times, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to upgrade to RUSH processing AND to select a shipping method that will meet your arrival needs.


REFUNDS
Need a different size? We will exchange your tee upon receipt and inspections of your original order. The buyer is responsible for shipping the original (unworn, and in the original packaging) back to the seller. All returns should be postmarked no later than 14 days after original delivery has occurred and sent to sender.We process exchanges within 10 business day of receipt of the original items.
CUSTOM ORDERS are not eligible for a refund. We will however remake a custom order if we made an error. In order to receive approval to have part of your order (or all) remade due to our error, the buyer must return the product (at their expense) to the seller for inspection .All returns should be postmarked no later than 14 days after original delivery has occurred,
